How to order:
1. Choose your print size
2. Checkout
3. Email me at hopscotchpaperco@gmail.com with photos of your pets and a description of their personality. (Also include anything else you'd like me to include on like specific colours, a favourite toy of theirs or their name.)
4. I will send you a first draft of the illustration and you can then either approve it or ask me to make some changes.
5. I will then send it to you in the post.
Please allow up to 3 days to receive a first draft for approval.

Postage cost is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the weight of order and your location.
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail. We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £30.
Unless informed otherwise, orders will be dispatched on the same or next working day. In busy periods we may need to add on a day or two, but we will always update you if there is a delay.
If you do change your mind regarding purchase, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.
