Hi, my name is Alice and I'm a freelance illustrator based in Nottingham, and the founder of Hopscotch Paper Co.

ABOUT ME

I've been painting, crafting and creating for as long as I can remember, and grew up dreaming that one day I could make a living from my passion for art.

I studied Illustration at Falmouth University and have since been lucky to work for several companies as an in-house designer.

In 2023 I decided I wanted a new challenge, so I left my job as a greetings card designer and started freelancing full-time.

This change was scary at first, and I still have months where I feel like I'm not sure what I'm doing, but starting Hopscotch Paper Co has given me direction, focus and something I can be really proud of.

My style of illustration is colourful, bold and mostly inspired by dogs - especially my fluffy white cockapoo, Barney! Most importantly, everything I publish has been designed with love and care. I love making people smile with my work, and I hope you find something here that might brighten your day.
