If you do change your mind regarding purchase, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement/exchange within 30 days.
Returns Policy
How to submit a returns request:
- Contact hopscotchpaperco@gmail.com and inform us that you would like to submit your purchase for a return.
- As soon as we receive your request, we will send you further information on how to return your order as soon as possible.
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the returns shipping label.
Exchange Policy
- We are happy to exchange any items that do not meet your expectations. Please let us know within 30 days of placing your order if you'd like to exchange your item.
Useful things to know
- We cannot refund shipping costs for returned items, as the service has already been used to get the items to you.
- Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to process.

We endeavour to respond to all customer correspondence within 2 – 5 working days.
