What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We send the majority of our parcels with Royal Mail. Customers have the ability to request what method of shipping we send their item (eg. Tracked, First Class or Second Class).

We try to dispatch all orders on the next available working day, however personalised orders may take longer to complete.

Once the parcel has left us, we cannot guarantee how long the delivery will take.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you do change your mind regarding purchase, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship internationally, however we're unable to ship to countries within the EU.

International shipping costs vary depending on parcel weight and destination. Costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

We offer the option for customers to select tracked shipping at checkout. Tracking information will be sent out via email after the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods.

We do not accept credit payment methods including klarna, afterpay etc.
